Features
New atomization method
The Laval nozzle mechanism maintains the flow rate while taper control directs the paint toward the center of the cylindrical coating, and the edge is R-shaped to streamline the air and atomize the paint efficiently.
The newly designed paint nozzle and air cap combine three technologies to make the particle size uniform while maintaining the paint spray volume and atomization.
Laval Nozzle
Achieves high atomization and high transfer efficiency by maintaining and slowing down the flow rate of a small amount of air.
The tapered structure maintains a high flow rate of the air flow ejected from the annular gap within a certain area.
High shear force enables atomization with low air pressure and low air volume with low energy.
Once a certain area is exceeded due to the small amount of air, atmospheric resistance causes a rapid deceleration, resulting in high transfer efficiency.
Taper Control
The atomization technology inherited from the original FINER has been advanced.
While maintaining the Laval nozzle shape that maintains the flow rate, taper control angles the paint nozzle and air cap toward the center, efficiently atomizing the paint toward the core of the cylindrical paint, atomizing it to the appropriate particle size.
Multi-stage straightening mechanism
The edge is rounded to straighten the air. By setting an R at the paint nozzle and the tip of the air cap through which the air flows, air fluttering is reduced and the flow rate is maintained with a smooth flow, ensuring paint ejection volume and improving atomization performance.

Less total air consumption, saving compressor power consumption and reducing CO2
Suppresses suspended particles, reduces dry mist generation and improves coating quality
Particle size distribution
Pursuit of atomization performance
Reduces dry mist and coarse particles while maintaining particle size compared to conventional methods, and atomizes with uniform, appropriate particle size.
Air consumption
MMFT effect reduces air consumption compared to conventional methods.

Design Concept

"Seamless design" The streamlined, seamless, smooth body with few bumps improves fit and ease of maintenance. Natural curve grip accommodates a variety of holding styles.
Not too thick or thin, increasing the contact area with the palm provides an exquisite, clingy fit.
Reduces fatigue from long periods of continuous painting, which is common in industrial painting.
Compatible with water-based paints
Body insert: Stainless steel bush is inserted into the body's liquid-contacting area to make it compatible with water-based paints.
Paint nipple: Paint nipple in the liquid-contacting area is glossy anodized.
Trigger
Trigger is made of stainless steel, reducing corrosion even when using water-based paints.
